The SN series xenon arc aging test chamber uses a xenon arc lamp that simulates the full solar spectrum to reproduce destructive light waves found under various environmental conditions. It provides reliable environmental simulation and accelerated testing capabilities for scientific research, product development, and quality control.

Structure and Functions

Ø The exterior chamber is fabricated from high-quality A3 steel plates processed by CNC machinery, with the surface finished in a durable powder coating. The interior chamber is constructed from SUS304 mirror-finished stainless steel panels

Ø Insulation materials consist of high-density fiberglass and high-pressure polyurethane foam for enhanced thermal isolation

Ø The temperature and humidity circulation system adopts a specially designed low-noise, long-shaft fan motor paired with a stainless-steel, multi-wing impeller capable of withstanding high and low temperatures, ensuring strong convective vertical diffusion circulation

Ø A double-layer high-temperature-resistant elastic sealing strip is applied between the chamber door and the chamber body to ensure a tightly sealed test area. The door uses a counter-force-free handle for easier operation, and the chamber is equipped with high-quality lockable PU casters at the base

Ø The system employs American-imported power supplies and trigger devices. The xenon lamps are also imported from the United States, with a service life of 1800–2000 hours

Ø Equipped with daylight filters (quartz glass) and window glass filters (tempered glass)

Ø The chamber includes a water-spray system, and the touchscreen controller allows programming of intermittent spray functions and spray intervals

Ø Configurable with one or multiple irradiance meters. Available irradiance meter specifications include UV 340 nm, 420 nm, and 300–400 nm

Ø Equipped with one black panel thermometer and one black standard thermometer, either of which can be selected by the user

Ø A 7-inch touchscreen is provided for displaying and controlling system parameters

Ø Electrical components adopt imported brands such as ABB, Omron, and Carlo Gavazzi, or UL-certified components from Noyak, meeting U.S. electrical safety requirements

Ø Refrigeration components use imported brands including Tecumseh, Castel, Danfoss, and DuPont.
